I have been running regularly for DECADES. I actually alternate run days and swim days, just to lessen the boredom and increase the variety. But here's my tips for you after watching the video. 1. Don't count miles, count minutes. I run for 30 minutes each workout, and that's it. I don't measure my distance. I don't compare my speed to others. The most important is to start and not stop until you've reached 30 minutes. 2. If you are running on the road, or anywhere there are vehicles, WEAR HIGH VISIBILITY CLOTHING. I noticed you were running on the road at night, at night on your last run. Please invest in high visibility clothing. You will be safer. Lastly, music is good. I run with music as well. Its safer though to be able to hear your environment while your are running. So I actually play my music out loud on my cell phone, and not wear ear buds. Thanks. Great video!

so im being cynicle an facetious but heres what i gathered: 1) have someone who knows the business teach you 2) have someone who has a good enough credit to co-sign a property loan 3) have the time and money to support yurself while you work 12 hours a day repairing a house 4) have buyers willing to buy 5) make stonks now its definitly possible but no you cannot do this if you dont have anyone in your life who can cosign. yes if you establish your own good credit its possible but to the rest of us who dont actually have people who are 1) in a good enough position to co sign a massive loan and 2) willing to cosign a massive loan. the rest of us cant do this withough slaving away at a job that will eventually lead to you having a good enough credit. basically im just going to carry on with my plan of slowly building good enough credit to do this on my own because what Kevin experience is not just because of hard work and determination (it definitly played a undescribably huge role in this) but rather becaus his own situation permitted it. again, youre not going to be a billionaire because you dropped out of school, you'll be a billionaire because of your circumstances and your ability to do hard work. lastly i want to point out that Kevin definitely did not start with nothing, yes his parents may have at one point had shitty credit but they definitely built it back up. 2 how he met his GF was on a trip to Europe now just on that alone i can deduce that his parent weren't low income and living in poverty like its made out to be. there's a saying "Take what you have and make what you want" and kevin definitly did that and its worked out well, and im doing the same but i dont have the same starting line as him so it will definitely take longer for me to get there. this comment isnt to discourage people, its rather to put into perspective the hurdle people like myself (and many others who watch and learn from there videos) will have to face to get to the dream we want to achieve and it's a humbling but true reality but it can also serve as motivation to work harder and dream bigger because we know its possible to do.

I lived in a minivan for 6 months in Los Angeles. The hardest part is finding places to use the restroom. When you wake up at 8:00am parked in a parking lot and you have to take a shit really badly, it is not fun. Worrying about your car getting towed is not fun when you can't be with the vehicle. Sleeping while parked on the sides of roads with loud traffic is not fun. But, tbh, living in my car is the most fun I've ever had in my life.

This is my first day running and gosssh it's tiring But I think I feel so good about myself have got this joy inside 😁😁🤗 And yea I just subscribed to your UA-cam channel I love the tutorials

Not only do i run every night but after the run i sit on a bench for about 15-20 minutes and practice breathing and slow my heart rate down which is a huge game changer because even if i dont look forward to the run i always look forward to meditation after the run sitting on a bench somewhere quiet and nice as its getting dark. Its a great way to get out of the house for an hour before bed time and helps me sleep and wake up feeling energized. I think the 5 k is the perfect distance. NOt to far but also just far enough to break a sweat and be ready to stop running when its over. At first i thought about doing 5-6 miles a day but im 32 and i work a physical labor job 6 days a week so for me it just didnt feel right when i tried to run anything over 2.5-3 miles. I plan on running for the rest of my life. I played basketball alot during my 20s. I played alot but then a job, or injury would keep me from playing and i would go from playing and running everyday to nothing for weeks or months then would try to get back into it and be slow out of breath. i feel like if you have a consitent running routine everyday nothing can take that away from you. Just something you do for youself. Im looking forward to running a 5 k a day for about 100-120 days and then showing up to my old gym to play a little basketball once im in shape. But to be honest im just happy i found the perfect RUn, meditation regiment. Also it helps that i live next a great trail that has a 2.5 mile lake to run around. Its usually got plenty of people so you dont have to running about running alone and its perfectly safe. It makes you actually want to go out for a run just to get some fresh air everyday.
